Meet Chef Paul Ingenito
Chef Paul Ingenito welcomes you to Flavors Catering. Founded in 2002, Chef Paul had a vision to bring his style of cuisine to clients over the metropolitan area, naturally catering became the vessel to deliver his passion for hospitality and outstanding food. Chef Paul comes from a large Italian family from Long Island New York, which you will pick up immediately after speaking with him. His professionalism and witty charisma is what keeps or clients so loyal for almost 15 years. Chef Paul has an extensive background in high volume restaurants, corporate fine dining, prestigious country clubs and catering.
He began his culinary journey as a young man in his family owned delicatessen in New York, later on he graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America. He then embarked on many endeavors and pursued working in numerous fine establishments. His success has been published in The New York Times, Washington Post and The Washington Times. Chef Paul loves what he does and he cooks and collaborates with clients as if they were his own family. This is the passion and dedication Flavors Catering is proud to be a part of.
